The Spacecoast Arabian Horse Club is now in its 32nd year. The club's activities share and promote the Arabian horse by sponsoring a variety of Arabian Horse related activities for its members and for the local horse community. In addition to conducting horse shows, the club sponsors bus tours to horse farms, trail rides, has an extensive video library, and holds educational and training clinics. The club publishes a monthly newsletter that informs members of current and upcoming club events. Members and visitors are welcome at all club meetings. The Board of Directors meets on the first Tuesday of each month, usually at a local restaurant. Club Officers, Board members, club members, and visitors are welcome to attend these Board meetings.

Meetings
Meetings are held at the Bob Evans Restaurant in Viera on the first Tuesday of the month. All members are welcome and are encouraged to attend. Dinner is at 6:00pm for those who wish to eat first. The meeting starts at 7:00pm. Don't forget to bring your white elephants to the meeting. We've been having a lot of fun with this addition to our monthly gatherings! Please join us and bring a guest!

Be a SAHC VIP - Help Us Help You!
Become a part of the Spacecoast Arabian Horse Club Volunteer Incentive Program (VIP) and earn credit toward SAHC shows, clinics and activities.
For example, by obtaining a mere $150 in sponsorships for the club (that's only six class sponsors at $25 each), you can earn a FREE day of horse show classes!
Or, volunteer your time at a club event and earn discounts to SAHC events! Begin or add to your volunteer hours at the October 26th "Spooktacular" Show by helping at the concession, handing out ribbons, working the gate, helping in the Secretary's office or volunteering for any other position available. Here's how the VIP works:
SAHC Volunteer Incentive Program (VIP)
Spacecoast Arabian Horse Club would like to announce a reward program for all members who help us grow by gathering sponsors or volunteering at events. This program is open to all current members – including youth. Rewards will accumulate throughout the year – December 1 to November 30 - but may be used at any time. There is no expiration date for the rewards – they will carry over from year to year. Rewards may be transferred to another member upon written permission.
Laine Seefelt (xhaltsalute@bellsouth.net) is in charge of keeping track of totals, so please contact her for information or to turn in your hours! Awards will be given for the top adult VIP member and top youth VIP member at our annual holiday party in December. Details may change as the program evolves, so please be sure to keep an eye out for updates.

Sponsors
Each level of sponsorship brought in entitles the member to the following reward...
- $25 Sponsorship: one ½ price dressage class, one free pleasure class (excluding jackpot) or 10 percent discount on a clinic entry fee
- $50 Sponsorship: one free dressage class, two free pleasure classes (excluding jackpot) or 15 percent discount on a clinic entry fee
- $100 Sponsorship: two free dressage classes, four free pleasure classes (excluding jackpot) or 25 percent discount on a clinic entry fee
- $150 Sponsorship: free day of classes – dressage or pleasure (excluding jackpot) or 50 percent discount on a clinic entry fee
Volunteer Hours
For each hour of volunteer time, a member earns a $2 discount on classes (dressage or pleasure – excluding jackpot), clinics, holiday dinner, awards banquets, etc.
Please take advantage of the Volunteer Incentive Program so that SAHC can give you maximum discounts! Our goal is to give our membership as many discounts as possible. But SAHC can't give it away if you don't participate.
